On the nose, it exudes fragrances of delicate nettle, gin & tonic, and honeydew melon. Its natural high acidity, derived from its single vineyard origins, expertly balances the fruit, creating a refreshing and lingering sensation on the palate. This wine is perfect when paired with fresh oysters and grilled seafood.
