Harvested during the cool early hours of the morning to capture peak acidity, this wine offers a luscious, creamy texture and a lingering finish that embodies the essence of the varietal. A delicate maturation process in light French oak for 9 months, along with extended time on lees, has intricately woven softness and complexity into the wine. Aromas of nectarine and nashi pear add to its appeal. This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with mild, buttery, or creamy dishes.
