From Kangaroo Island, subtle aromas of passionfruit, lemon, snow pea and cucumber following through with a structured and textural palate where lemon flavours are synced with core of fresh vibrant acidity. There is great concentration and persistence in the length. Best paired with grilled fish or seafood, particularly fresh oysters.
In 1991, fifth – generation Islanders Michael and Rosie Florance joined with the Amadio Family to produce the first commercial Kangaroo Island wine, under the Kangaroo Island Trading Company brand.
