From the Adelaide Hills, this Pinot Noir is exceptional due to the variety being grown in its widely acknowledged cool climate, which gives it the ability to express its true character. It relishes in articulating aromas of wild strawberries, ripe red cherries and spring violets that concentrate onto the palate with hints of spice. This indulges the palate with silky tannins and a medium body that has an intense flavour that sets it apart. Best paired with duck or lamb.

The distinctive wines in the Single Vineyard Selection encompass the classical varieties traditionally grown in Australia. The wines embrace the best fruit flavours and “terra” characteristics of each varietal, producing wines of great depth and natural character. See more from our Single Vineyard Range here.
