From Kangaroo Island, this Shiraz is beautifully balanced with a flavoursome intensity that is soft and lingers. Aromas of blackberry, chocolate powder and black pepper that follows through onto a rich palate of coffee bean, raspberry and red cherry. Best paired with cheese, especially aged hard cheeses like Gouda or pork belly.

In 1991, fifth – generation Islanders Michael and Rosie Florance joined with the Amadio Family to produce the first commercial Kangaroo Island wine, under the Kangaroo Island Trading Company brand.
