From the Adelaide Hills, this Prosecco is a lively Italian style sparkling wine that expresses fresh fruit finish characters of pear and cider. It is light straw in colour and has a lively natural effervescence. Aromas of apple, flint and clove immerse from this bottle with a delicate soft palate of bright lively flavours of white peach, honey and nectarine. The palate has a hint of sweetness that is balanced by a moderate acidity. Best paired with seafood, or Aperol Aperitif to make a refreshing Aperol Spritz cocktail here.
