Italy is the inspiration for this night of wine and deliciously authentic cuisine at our Felixstow cellar door.
Our alternative varieties of pinot grigio, sangiovese, montepulciano, sagrantino and quartet blanc will be matched to five courses prepared by international chef Roberto di Massa. Your ticket includes prosecco on arrival, followed by five glasses of award-winning Amadio wine and cocktail-style food throughout the evening. Di Massa will use the freshest South Australian produce for his creations, with the menu to feature traditional Neapolitan wood-oven pizza and other homemade Italian-style dishes taken from Amadio and Di Massa family recipes dating back to 1936. Born in Ischia, a little island in the Gulf of Naples, di Massa started his culinary journey aged 15 and went on to learn from the very best pizza aficionados. He is now an independent consultant working around the world — including in Adelaide for this special Tasting Australia event.
