Danniel Amadio is continuing his family’s successful winemaking legacy. He is driven by a strong winemaking style and philosophy, infused with an entrepreneurial spirit. His wines embrace the best fruit flavours and ‘terroir’ characteristics of the region, producing wines of great depth and natural character. Danniel has his finger on the pulse of every aspect of production, enabling his philosophy of producing premium quality wine. He is often found inspecting the fruit parcels in the Kersbrook Vineyard and when in Adelaide, his mind is on expanding Amadio Wines’ horizons nationally and internationally. This has led him to be the 2009 Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” finalist. In 2007, he was also awarded the South Australian business awards for Hong Kong/China Entrepreneur for excellence in Bilateral Trade.
