With fine spirit added it presents an elegant, smooth fortified dessert style wine. A fragrant aroma of citrus blossom, with a balanced palate of complex fruit sweetness and fine finish.
Selected from the family single vineyards in the cool-climate and rich soils of the Adelaide Hills, this Reserve range of wines is able to highlight its diversity through its infusion of intense aroma, fruit flavors and complexity into the wine. Each individual wine is nurtured which results in pure soil, pure environment and pure excellence. With an average aging in new oak for 18 months minimum, these wines will cellar for over 15 years.
