Once crushed, a slow ferment was controlled on skins until colour and tannins were to an optimum level
Matured in French oak [80% used and 20%new] for 16 months.

The ﬁnesse of this wine is such that drinking now is a sheer delight or when you are 10 -20 years older, [as the wines will be] will be a further experience
