Pecorino is a white Italian wine grape variety that originates from our family’s home towns of La Marche, & Abruzzo wine regions of Italy.
A wine that is soft with low acidity, hints of lemon and wet stone with a touch of creaminess while displaying a balanced and broad palate. A delightful wine accompanied with raw fish, oysters, pasta & roasted duck.
The Horse & Cart Series is a tribute to Giovanni Amadio, first generation winemaker in the Amadio family. He would visit the Adelaide markets by horse and cart to deliver his fresh locally grown produce from Felixstow, South Australia.
