2016 Kangaroo Island Sauvignon Blanc
The grapes were harvested mid March 2016 at 11.3 Be`
The juice was pressed out and clariﬁed and fermented in Stainless steel tank.
The natural acidity in this wine will see it live on for a number of years [unlike many Sauvignon Blancs]
It is lean with a crisp palate, best consumed with some of the Island’s great ﬁsh.
This wine has attracted the more discerning palates & has certainly found a niche in the Sav Blanc market
A delightful dry wine. It will live on and develop further if kept in cool ageing conditions.
