Once crushed a slow controlled ferment on skins to extract colour and tannins to a balanced level was completed
Merlot produces a soft wine! This Wine is typical of that style with ﬂavours that are only seen in the very best of this variety.
The wine spent its time on French used oak and bottled in September 2016
