2016 Kangaroo Island Chardonnay
The grapes were harvested in March 2016 at 11.5 Be`
Once pressed out, the juice was put in a selection of new and used French oak.
Malolactic ferment was mainly in barrel then left on lees
Fortnightly stirring the lees has added subtle complexity to the character of this wine
The wine will age and develop for a number of years.
Drink from 2018 onwards - best in 2019 onwards for many years
