- Our Vineyards
Kersbrook Vineyards are the largest holding producer in the Adelaide Hills supplying regional varietal grapes to Amadio Wines and other internationally recognised Australian brands.
From the outset the objective for Kersbrook is to product Premium Quality Fruit. This objective is being achieved with input from Advanced Viticulture Management and the on site team who work tirelessly with the family to achieve these goals. Being up to date with industry technology does indeed ensure our fruit is in the best and cleanest possible condition, a much desired requirement in today’s wine market for the end consumer.
Amadio Family Vineyards is located between Kersbrook and Williamstown in the Adelaide Hills, approximately 1km North from the Barossa Valley. Kersbrook’s location (300m altitude; east-facing grey brown loam soils) makes it considerably warmer and drier than other areas in the region, therefore the low-vigour fruit ripens earlier, with much more tannin and lower acidity.
