This Non Vintage classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay has great Adelaide Hill's elegance and finesse paramount for a sparkling wine of this style and quality. A result of the all-important balance of flavour, acidity and mouth feel with the effective use of yeasts. The Pinot pink tinge with the aged Chardonnay gives coppery tones to this superb wine. Apricot nougat aromas are subtle. The dry acid finish with a smooth creamy palate leaves a lingering honey-biscuit character.
