This is a finely balanced blend of two great white varities, 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Displaying aromas of fruit salad with hints of passionfruit and cut grass it offers a very generous palate, fresh and lively with a distinctive fullness and weight contributed to from the Semillon. The cool climate Sauvignon adds firm, crisp acid that fills the mouth with tropical fruit flavours whilst finishing light and clean. A delightful wine with seafood or to compliment a light starter or appetiser.
