This Sparkling Red is a result of a select blend of long, slow fermented wines which adds body and complexity. A bouquet of lovely ripe fruit, on the palate rich raspberries and stewed rhubarb, intermingle with more aged characters (chocolate and cigar-box). The beautiful aged characters are achieved by a combination of wooded and unwooded.
